New Entrance Corridor Regulations in Zoning Ordinance are limited: -> Establishes 95- foot Maximum Setback -> Regulates the massing of buildings over 60,000 square feet Why Guidelines for Entrance Corridors

1.Aesthetic improvements supports economic redevelopment. Promotes tourism Entrance Corridors make critical first impressions on business prospects. 2.Increases in property values. 3.This is where we live… Attractive streets are important to our quality of life. 4.Establishes goals for (future) implementation plans. 5.Enables citizens, staff, and decision makers to evaluate development proposals and plan for public projects.
