North-East Northamptonshire A. Buildings Workstream (i)Kings Cliffe - Design meeting with school, (October 17 th ) - Feasibility report completed. - Governors and school have signed-off feasibility report, (October 24 th ) - Site plan for new school in place - School layout now plan completed - Site surveys commissioned. (ii) Polebrook - Feasibility study and outline proposals now completed - Scheme is for new classroom and corridor link - Refurbish ICT room to form library / group room - Refurbish area for staff room - Presented to Head and school have signed-off the proposals - Alternative layout suggested by school has been developed and is cost neutral - Scope for interim arrangements for September 2015 in development - Interim works to be undertaken as school’s based project - Site surveys commissioned

North-East Northamptonshire A.Buildings Workstream (iii) Trinity Aldwincle - Feasibility study and outline proposals now completed - Presented to Head and school have signed-off the proposals - Scheme involves construction of four new classrooms and an expansion to the hall - Existing space to be refurbished and used as a library - Scope for interim arrangements for September 2015 in development - Interim works to be commissioned as school based project - Site surveys commissioned (iv) Thrapston - Works are predominantly refurbishment of existing school - No significant new build of classrooms required - Works will include covered play area and additional toilets - Scope and feasibility to be finalised and agreed with school

North-East Northamptonshire A.Buildings Workstream (v)Titchmarsh - Feasibility study and outline proposals now completed - Presented to Head and school have signed-off the proposals - Scheme consists of two new classrooms, break out space and WC’s - Increase in staff room size - Modify existing entrance to the school - Proposal for school to use existing spare capacity in the school - Meeting with Head on October 17 th to discuss potential to utilise school hall as a learning space as part of interim arrangements for September 2015 (vi) Nassington - Feasibility study and outline proposals now completed - Presented to Head and school have signed-off the proposals - Scheme consists of new classroom, staff room and corridor - Refurbish existing staff room and head’s office to form new classroom - Convert ICT room to create general classroom - Refurbish existing space to form library, group area and head’s office - Alternate layout presented by school considered and rejected due to loss of playground space - Scope for interim arrangements for September 2015 in development - Interim works to be commissioned as school based project

North-East Northamptonshire A.Buildings Workstream (vii) Oundle - Proposal is for primary school to move into the middle school buildings - Extensive refurbishment of the existing building to address condition - Works to be funded by capital receipt from the sale of part of the site - Internal survey of school now arranged for October Half-Term week (viii) Glapthorn - Scheme for an additional classroom - In dialogue with school on proposals - Concerns over use and suitability of the house on school land - Conversion of the house may generate change of use issues from a planning perspective - Scheme to be re-worked around new build rather than using school house (ix) Warmington - Feasibility study and outline proposals now completed - Scheme for new classroom and Head’s Office - Refurbish existing spaces to form group room, lobby and office - Presented to Head and school have signed-off the proposals - Scope for interim arrangements for September 2015 in development - Interim works to be commissioned as a school based project

North-East Northamptonshire A.Buildings Workstream (x) Prince William School - Further design work undertaken on Science Block - Architects producing outline plans for Science Block - Alternative proposals for extending Coach Park discussed at length with school - Requirement will be for an additional four coach bays by September Proposals for extended staff car park also in development with school - Intention is to provide permanent solution for parking rather than implement an interim solution if practicable - School requirements for interim works for ICT suite have now been identified - Engagement with school on Dining Area, Music and Performance Space has now taken place, (October 29 th ) - Architects to draw up layout and plans for Dining Area, Music and Performance Spaces - Site Survey commissioned at school for half-term week - Internal NCC business case for use of Government Commerce Framework has been established - Proposal for an Open Day for providers to be set up at the school for November 10 th Early engagement with highways required to ensure deadlines are met for planning - Data audit and initial analysis undertaken for change in traffic flows ahead of engagement with highways - Requirements for interim accommodation determined Six Double Classroom units plus an additional open space (equivalent to double classroom unit circa 120m 2 )
