Building Auction - Building sold for $1.2M (Reserve $800,000) - Earlier apparent bid for $2M was invalid leading to the final bid $1.2M which was accepted by all parties. - Final tally of funds to club after fees and expenses $1,175,000 - This is an excellent outcome for the club!

Footscray Club Renovation Project: Project Brief - require 2 – 3 concepts - the least amount of spend for our needs - Kitchen upgrade - Re-design of Bar area - Air conditioning - Repair to roof/ceiling - Dance Floor - Smoking area/back deck - Upgrade to toilets - mens and ladies toilets (add 1 each) - Storage and cupboards - Entry way signage - Details to include provision of new: Carpet Curtains and blinds Footscray Club 2008 AGM

Footscray Club Renovation Project: Pending Activities - Awaiting “quotes” from 3 architects - Assessment of project plans from the architects - Preparation of budget based on plans - Planning for the least amount of spend for our needs - We will only proceed when appropriate plans have been submitted and approved
