Here are the priorities we are marching to: Provide a mixture of quality club boats to meet the demands of our membership - general membership, Learn to Row, Adaptive Rowing, Coached Program Currently working with Vespoli, Pocock and Wintech to see if they would be willing to purchase some of our older boats, service/refurbish other boats and to sell us updated boats to be our boat manufacturer of choice. Looking at upgrading to newer quads, doubles and maybe a single. Main boats we are looking to trade based on usage report, age and issues include the Grrr, Squatty, Crescent and Bishop. Also looking at selling one 8 to make room for smaller boats. This year we will have a better inventory of parts to make quicker repairs. Greg has volunteered to assist in making non-hull repairs. We would like to hire a part time hull repair expert We will have 4 working launches on the water Looking to sandblast and paint the trailer to increase its longevity. Request to the membership - if you are interested in assisting to repair boats, please reach out to me. We will be looking to have dedicated times on Saturday mornings to make basic fixes to keep our fleet up to date. Equipment Committee
