Ulmer Publishers) o members of the general public + public interest (judicial, Parliamentry, official) o on site, designated terminals, disabled making an e-reproduction o printout for mebers of the general public o reproduction in the public interest o e-reprodutions for persons with (respective) disabilities and print disabilities [+ facility to grant a licence for use above the stated limits]
