HIMSS16 Dates Conference Date: February 29th -March 4th, 2016 Exhibit Days: March 1st -3rd , 2016 Entire conference schedule will have day shift from past years

HIMSS16 Booth Selection Schedule Anchors have already selected their space and already visible on the floor plan Next 100 companies will select next week March 23-27 Booth Selection will resume Sunday-Wednesday during HIMSS15 (April 12-15) in the North Building, room N230B of the convention center. Link to schedule (please note there are multiple tabs) Anchors have been placed and you can view them on the show floor at this time The Next 100 companies will select March 23-27th North Building of McCormick Place with signs directing you towards room, you can always ask staff member or information desk if you are not sure where to go ***Demonstrate how to open schedule**** Please note there are multiple tabs on the schedule

New for HIMSS16 In order to maximize exhibit space in Las Vegas, we will be using a set floor plan. You may only choose existing booths that are on the floor plan. Any alterations of existing booths on the show floor will not be allowed for HIMSS16. Booth size reductions WILL result in a change in booth location and will result in a downward adjustment of 1) Exhibitor points, 2) hotel sleeping room blocks, and 3) exhibitor and exhibitor client badges.  Booth size reductions received on or before September 4, 2015 will be obligated to pay 50% of the total booth space released.  Booth size reductions received on or after September 5, 2015 will be obligated to pay 100% of the total booth space released. Peninsulas have been placed on the set floor plan We will have 4 different price zones (Premium, Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3)

Booth Selection On-Site at HIMSS15 Booth selection will resume April 12-16 during HIMSS15 Take place in room N230B of convention center Schedule Sunday 9AM-5PM Monday 2PM-5PM Tuesday 8AM-6PM Wednesday 8AM-5PM

Booth Selection Tips Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to booth selection appointment (this applies to on-site appointments only) Review floor plan beforehand and have multiple preselected locations of where you would like to exhibit. Make sure all appropriate personnel are involved in booth selection process. (Ex: Authority to sign contract and pay for booth) Have deposit method available (Check and Credit Card accepted) Each exhibitor will have 5 minutes to select their booth space Become a HIMSS Corporate Member and save money on your booth space: View Full Corporate Membership Benefits Take booth card containing password and login with you for later access to location of booth and exhibitor account

HIMSS16 Booth Selection Process Room located: N230B of Convention Center Step 1: Check in to Welcome Desk-You will be given card with booth login and password, please keep this card! Step 2: Review HIMSS16 Floor plan and wait to be called to select booth space Step 3: Once called, head to station to select booth space Step 4: After selecting space, please sign online booth contract and pay deposit for space using login and password provided from welcome desk Step 5: Check-in with Finance to verify that booth deposit was accepted Step 6: Non HIMSS Corporate Members please visit Corporate Membership to see how you can save money on your HIMSS16 booth space

Can’t Make Appointment? If you missed your appointment, please come down to the booth selection room as soon as you are able to and we will do our best to accommodate you. If that is not an option for you, contact your sales person or Michelle Teta and we will do our best accommodate you. Booth Selection appointments are not mandatory. If you are not able to attend your appointment on site for any reason, you may select your booth starting April 20th.
