Introduction An intelligent loan service is a software agent that can perform loan services for an individual.

Goal model

Role models There are 6 different roles in the system: borrower, lender, assistant, collector, Informer manager.

Borrower, Lender, Manager Role name Borrower Description A person that has applied, met specific requirements, and received a monetary loan from a lender. Responsibilities Register in systems. The borrower is legally responsible for repayment of the loan and is subject to any penalties for not repaying the loan back based on the lending terms agreed upon. Follow messages/instructions given by the informer. Constraint 18+, working. Not organisation. The borrower have to authenticate. Role name Lender Description A lender gives money to a borrower with the expectation of repayment in a timely manner, almost always with interest. Responsibilities Register in systems. Proper information. Invest money. Constraint A private person makes a loan. The lender have to authenticate. Role name Manager Description Analyse Collected information and makes decision - Can Borrower take loan or not. Responsibilities Make decision. Send decision to borrower. Respond to collector request. Constraint Up to date data. Borrower profile should be filled and verified prior to giving loan.

Collector, Informer, Assistant Role name Collector Description Collects the information about borrower with borrower profile data. Responsibilities Identify and collect up to date information about borrower. Salary, Obligation, Real estate seizure and Credit history. Constraint Up to date data. Role name Informer Description Notify borrowers about debts if borrower has any. Responsibilities Notify about payment day (SMS, e-mail). Notify borrowers about debts, partial payment. Keep manager informed. Constraint Up to date data. Notification messages must be accurate and immediate. Role name Assistant Description Register parties and give information Responsibilities Register borrower & lender Edit profile Respond to customer request Reporting Give information about parties profiles and investments.
