Code Enforcement Board Has jurisdiction to hear and decide alleged violations of the codes and ordinances in force in the county Has the authority to levy fines against those persons found in non-compliance of county codes Subject to the inclusion of those professional specialties, each district of the county shall be represented by at least one member. Currently, Districts 1 and 4 are not represented on the board.
