WELCOME PARENTS AND TRAVELERS!   Where we are going?: To the city that never sleeps New York, and to the cradle of our government Washington DC.   Why are we going?: The broaden the horizons of our Social Studies students, making history come alive and be relevant!!!!!!   Our Experience with student travel: This our sixth trip overall and our third to New York and our fourth to DC..  Why travel with Education Travel Services Inc.? Educational Travel Services Inc is a family owned and operated company dedicated to providing the highest quality student educational tours that are affordable and worry-free. Its is local company in Portland verse a mega company.  They offer a first class trip where everything is taken care of and kids are put first. They also have an outstanding support network with offices that are open 24 hours a day and have an multiple employees assign to assist us. These include a on site coordinator at the hotel, tour director, bus driver, Program consultant, on call doctor, specialist for various activities, etc..

What is included in the price of the trip?... EVERTHING but souvenirs! This is an all inclusive trip where ETSI provides everything you student will need to have the time of their lives. Here a sample of what the trip includes.  Round trip flight to and from NY/DC from Sea-Tac.  Hotel accommodations (Hotel is Times Square!)  Night Time security at the hotels. On call medical…  All entrance fees for Broadway/Empire State Building, Museums, etc….  All meals (Per diems and reservations) The food is amazing in New York…  A knowledgeable Tour director to guides us through the sights and sounds of the DC and NY.  Tour Bus to all locations.

Itinerary New York/DC We have a flexible Itinerary. New York New York Statue of Liberty, Central park, 911 memorial, Times square, Museum of Natural History, the Met, Chinatown, Little Italy, Rockefeller center, St Patrick's Cathedral, Empire State building, Park Avenue, Ellis Island, Wall Street…etc Washington DC Statue of Liberty, Central park, 911 memorial, Times square, Museum of Natural History, the Met, Chinatown, Little Italy, Rockefeller center, St Patrick's Cathedral, Empire State building, Park Avenue, Ellis Island, Wall Street…etc Washington DC Capitol building, White House, Washington Monuments, Vietnam, Korean, World War Two Memorials, the many Smithsonian's, Arlington National cemetery, and so much more.

Broadway Start spreading the news…… Broadway We get to pick a Broadway or a off Broadway show to attend. (Last time we saw the Adams Family…It was amazing!!) Times Square at night is a sight to witness!!!!!!!  Other activities: Mets or Yankees game, Hockey game, etc.  The students will vote on which one they want to go to.

“FUN-RAISERS” Gift of Education letters –See template. This can be sent to business and relatives and associates. (100% of proceeds) Parent club has a line item for student travel. (Matching funds..Boeing, etc) Which gives the donator a tax break. Potential Fundraising Ideas (Would love a parent volunteer to coordinate.)  Entertainment books.  Cookies.  Candy bars.  Popcorn.  Car washes.

How do I sign up???  Go to  Go to register for trip.  Put in Travel ID number. # 2E81  Decide which payment method you would like.  Make a $300 refundable deposit for reserve you spot today. By registering y June 30 th early you get $75 off the price of the trip.  Decide if you want Insurance?  Parents and students are eligible.
