And it starts Tuesday, January 27 At 4 a.m. only 800 customers out—just the beginning Major ice accumulation occurring throughout the day in SEMO south area Decision made to move all available AmerenUE resources to SEMO Outage numbers climb throughout the day Additional contractor resources procured 650 linemen and 350 tree trimmers engaged by end of day

Significant Ice Formation Wednesday, January 28 Ice continues to build— outage count over 36,000 in A.M. 6 counties in Bootheel are essentially without power Decision made to use Extensive Damage Recovery Method SEMO south divided into 8 “work islands” 1150 linemen and 450 tree trimmers engaged by end of day
