SLAYER SLAYER are a thrash metal band infulenced from the likes of black sabbath, motorhead and have played with and headlined with many other metal bands e.g:Exodus,Metallica,Megadeth,Motorhead, Anthrax and Evil scarecrow. Dave Lombardo Is the drummer of slayer and his ex band mates have been, Gary Holt, Tom Araya, Jeff Hanneman,jon dette (previous drummer),paul bostaph (new drummer) and kerry king.

Stylistic views of Dave Lombardo He has been glorified with master/godfather/god of the double pedals by fans and critics alike and has ‘lighting fast’ hands when playing the likes of ‘war esemble’ and ‘raining blood’. Influences of classic rock, thrash, speed metal and death metal. All make lombardo what he is today. A brilliant musician.

He has keep thrash alive for the best part of years and as im sure he will keep doing so.
