How do you reconcile the Non- Substitutable GMR Monthly Performance Report?

GMR Poultry Reconciliation Steps Part A: Inventory of Raw Commodity 1.Verify that beginning inventory is same as ending inventory for previous month;

Are all numbers added and subtracted correctly?

Did the processor meet the minimum? Calculating the GMR

GMR poultry End Product Data Schedules based on hypothetical 36,000 pound truck Calculating the GMR:

GMR poultry End Product Data Schedules based on hypothetical 36,000 pound truck SEPDS B will list GMR and estimated number of cases per truck Calculating the GMR:

GMR poultry End Product Data Schedules based on hypothetical 36,000 pound truck SEPDS B will list GMR and estimated number of cases per truck Raw inventory from Part A of MPR is drawn down when commodity is put into production Calculating the GMR:

GMR poultry End Product Data Schedules based on hypothetical 36,000 pound truck SEPDS B will list GMR and estimated number of cases per truck Raw inventory from Part A of MPR is drawn down when commodity is put into production Finished cases are held in inventory on Part B of MPR until cases are delivered Calculating the GMR:

GMR: percentage on SEPDS B Can also be calculated on a case basis data from PY-209 grading certificate Calculating the GMR:

Calculating GMR Minimum number of cases produced = Raw pound into production X GMR / Net case weight

Compare this figure with what was actually produced according to the PY-209 grading certificate to determine whether or not the processor met the GMR

Under Yield Compensation for under yield 1.Pay the value of commodity that would have been included in under yield cases

Under Yield Compensation for under yield 1.Pay the value of commodity that would have been included in under yield cases 2.Credit the invoice for commodity needed to make up the loss

Under Yield Compensation for under yield 1.Pay the value of commodity that would have been included in under yield cases 2.Credit the invoice for commodity needed to make up the loss 3.Make additional product with certified replacement meat

value of the commodity for the missed yield = number of cases that should have been produced - number of cases actually produced X estimated number of pounds needed to produce a case X commodity file price

Estimated pounds needed to produce a case = 36,000 pound estimated net truck weight / estimated number of cases per truckload

Often difficult to determine whether a poultry processor met the GMR when more than one end product with different GMRs Unlike red meat, poultry grading does not break out number of pounds of raw poultry (bone-in or deboned)
