THE OFFER Building capacity in the Hub model

Joining a Hub –Opportunities to work as part of a local school improvement network The Quality Assurance Review –Every year a Challenge Partners school receives a QA Review and participates in a reciprocal review. Teaching & Learning –Funding for teachers to attend Olevi’s ITP, OTP and OFP programmes. Hub Funding –Resource to support the Hub carry out collaborative school improvement CORE ACTIVITY Subject Directory –Directory of quality assured practice from across the Partnership Subject Leaders –Opportunity to accredit and access outstanding middle leaders Conferences –Hosted by Hubs to showcase best practice and network National Subject Seminars –One day seminars in English and Maths for middle leaders to share practice and engage in policy

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES School improvement support which schools can draw on Engine of Improvement –Out school improvement service which draws on outstanding schools and practitioners within the Partnership. –Support available from whole school improvement, through to Ofsted readiness and subject specific help Challenge the Gap –A whole school programme which closes the gap between the attainment of disadvantaged pupils and their better-off peers. –Targeted pupils are making five terms worth of progress in three terms Subject Reviews –Peer reviews led by an Ofsted-accredited inspector which focuses on developing departments –The reviews take place across three schools and involves two middle leaders from each school
