DTAC Dual Listing 2 Methods to Trade DTAC Securities (from Singapore) in Thailand: 1. Withdraw Securities to receive the certificate Shareholders in Singapore withdraw the securities certificate from Central Depository (Pte.) Ltd., (CDP) and deposit the securities certificate into broker account in Thailand. This process takes about 8 business days. 2. Withdraw Securities to Scripless System Shareholders in Singapore must withdraw securities from Central Depository (Pte.) Ltd., (CDP) and contact Lim Associates (Pte.) Ltd. (securities registrar) to inform: 1) Member Account Number with broker in Thailand 2) Broker Account Number (in Thailand) Lim will further contact TSD to transfer securities into broker account in Thailand. This process takes about 4 business days.

Method 2 : Withdraw Securities from Singapore to Trade in Thailand (Scripless System) SINGAPORE THAILAND CDP (Securities Depository Center) Shareholder TSD The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Business Days Withdraw Securities from CDP Deposit securities to broker in Thailand LIM (Securities Registrar) Transfer securities to shareholder Credit securities to TSD Confirm securities credit Securities Trading Securities Company (Broker)

The only way to trade securities (from Thailand) in Singapore is to receive securities in a form of certificate because CDP in Singapore uses scrip system. Shareholder in Thailand withdraws the securities certificate from TSD and deposit the certificate to CDP to further trade securities on Singapore Stock Exchange.
