When are the deadlines to submit Entries? Fall Deadline – September 1 st each year Winter Deadline – November 1 st Each Year Spring Deadline – February 1 st Each Year
Early Entry Process While the seasonal deadlines to submit entries were detailed in the previous slide, please be aware that all entries for the following school year may be made as early as May 1st of the preceding school year.
Deadline To Withdraw Withdrawing from any sport/activity is highly discouraged. Doing so creates inequities in the number of schools already assigned to compete in a regional or sectional. However, if you must withdraw, you must do so in writing prior to the Seeding Meeting or List of Participants deadline detailed in all IHSA Terms and Conditions, or be fined $ for failure to withdraw by the deadline.
Withdrawal Process If it becomes absolutely necessary to withdraw, the school administrator must do so in writing. They must Tammy Craig at Indicate your school, sport/activity, reason for withdrawing, your name and position at the school. DO NOT contact the host school manager to withdraw from any sport/activity.
Update Your IHSA School Information Update all contact information in your IHSA School Center at a minimum, at the start of each school year. To do so you must use the IHSA Official Representative level password to access this area in your IHSA School Center. Without accurate addresses for all administrators and coaches, it is not possible for the IHSA Office to keep you informed.
