6 MTEOR Users  Who uses MTEOR? ● MTESC Mailers - Mailers who receive direct delivery of MTE from an MTESC  MTESC Mailers are encouraged to order MTE directly from an MTESC, but can also request MTE from a Postal Plant if they are willing to pick up the MTE themselves and the MTESC cannot fulfill their demand. ● Local Mailers - Mailers who request MTE from a Postal Plant  Mailers who request at least one pallet (approximately 100 pieces) worth of stacked trays, tubs, sacks or sleeves, any quantity of plastic pallets, or any quantity of rolling stock from a Postal Plant ● Postal Plants - Plants who receive MTE from an MTESC and provide MTE to their Local Mailers

7 MTEOR’s FY 14 Success  MTEOR has successfully launched for Local Mailers requesting from Postal Plants throughout the nation  MTEOR has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from Local Mailers who highlight how easy the system is to use  This is the first time the USPS has ever had national visibility on MTE leaving USPS Plants * Data is current as of October 1, MTESC Mailers 29,643 orders placed in MTEOR Over $401 million worth of MTE requested through MTEOR 5,741 Local Mailers 41,010 requests placed in MTEOR Over $48 million worth of MTE requested through MTEOR 338 Postal Plants 41,934 orders placed in MTEOR Over $402 million worth of MTE requested through MTEOR MTESC Mailers * Since October 1, 2013 Local Mailers * Since October 7, 2013 Postal Plants * Since October 1, 2013

8 MTESC Mailer Inventory Reports  Inventory reporting provides the Postal Service visibility into where MTE is in the system  Inventory must be reported weekly by ALL Mailers who request MTE from an MTESC by Wednesday at 11:59 PM Local Time ● Mailers who have not reported their inventory will see a weekly reminder in MTEOR beginning Tuesday until they complete the inventory report for that week  Key statistics* ● 96% of Mailers reported their inventory at least once ● 79% of Mailers reported at least 50 percent of the time ● 50% of Mailers reported at least 80 percent of the time ● 39% of Mailers reported at least 85 percent of the time ● 27% of Mailers reported at least 90 percent of the time ● 2% of Mailers reported every week * Data is current as of October 1, 2014
