About the Annual Reports and Benchmark Surveys Annual Report is to be completed every year by State Council and Local Chapter leaders Benchmark Survey is a biennial (every two year) study – Designed to provide state leaders with information so they can measure their organization against their peers – First undertaken in 2005 Summaries of results are now posted in the State and Chapter Online Resource Center

Increased focus has paid off … Compared to 2008, State Councils seem to be more connected with goal of member recruitment All-time high membership (39,391) reached at end of May 2011 – 13% increase over May 2008 (34,850 members)
