Threshold Noun The opening or entrance to a gate, door, or hall. I walk through the threshold of Mrs. Sullivan’s classroom.

Tantalizing Adjective Possessing a quality that requires interest and desire. The way the waiter described the ice cream made it sound very tantalizing.

Emanate Verb To emit, come out of. My cat’s fur emanates a sweet smell.
