Transportation Improvement Program New Jersey (FY ) Pennsylvania (FY ) December 2014

Add Right of Way Phase - PA a.I-95, PA Turnpike Interchange, Bucks County (PA11-48) –Modify the FY TIP for Pennsylvania by adding a $15,000,000 ROW phase to the I-95, PA Turnpike Interchange project: $11,657,000 FAI in FY13; and $3,343,000 FAI in FY14. –Additional funds are being drawn down from the Statewide Turnpike Line Item. FAI funds are special federal interstate completion funds made available and used to reimburse the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission for costs already incurred. –The interstate completion project will connect I-95 and I-276 in Pennsylvania and facilitate a revised routing of I-95 in PA and NJ.

a. I-95, PA Turnpike Interchange, Bucks County Add $15,000,000 ROW ($11,657,000 FAI in FY13; and $3,343,000 FAI in FY14) using FAI funds drawn from PennDOT Statewide Line Item Note: These are additional funds to the DVRPC region

SEPTA Additional Funds - PA b. Transit and Regional Rail Station Program, SEPTA (PA11-49) –Amend the FY2011 TIP for Pennsylvania by increasing the FY12 Construction phase of the Transit and Regional Rail Program by $6,250,000 (FY12 $5,000, C/ $1,210, B/$40,000 Local). –Project is funded from the FTA Section 5309 Bus and Bus Facilities Livability Initiative. These are additional funds to the DVRPC region. –This action provides funding for the historic rehabilitation of the 33 rd and Dauphin bus facility.

SEPTA Additional Funds - PA c. SEPTA Bus Purchase Program, (PA11-50) -Modify the FY TIP for Pennsylvania by increasing the FY12 construction phase of the SEPTA Bus Purchase Program- 60’ by $18,750,000 (FY 12 $15,000, C/$3,629, B/$121,000 Local). The $15 million in discretionary funding will be used to supplement the cost of the upcoming bus procurement. -Project is funded under the Federal Transit Administration Section 5309 Bus and Bus Facilities State of Good Repair Initiative, and are additional to the DVRPC region. -Funds will be used to assist in the procurement of 200, 60 foot hybrid busses that will replace diesel busses.

b. Transit and Regional Rail Station Program, SEPTA Increase funding by $6,250,000 (FY12 $5,000, C/ $1,210, B/$40,000 Local, for 33 rd and Dauphin Bus Facility and add project to description c. Transit and Regional Rail Station Program, SEPTA Increase the FY12 phase of the SEPTA Bus Purchase Program- (60’) by $18,750,000 ($15,000, C/ $3,629, B/$121,000 Local) Note: These are additional funds to the DVRPC region

Add Phases - NJ d. Route 77, Swedesboro-Hardingville Road, Intersection Improvements, Gloucester County (NJ12-01) –Modify the FY TIP for New Jersey by adding a FY12 Design phase ($350,000 STP) and FY12 ROW phase ($100,000 STP) for the Route 77, Swedesboro-Hardingville Road, Intersection Improvements project, and shifting the FY12 Construction phase to FY13. –These phases had slipped in FY11 and thus are being added to FY12 because they were not obligated in FY11. –This project has an estimated construction cost of $2.5 million and provides for the resurfacing of the roadway as well as corner cutbacks, shoulder improvement and conversion of the existing flasher to a full signal.

Elk Township

Phase Increase - NJ e. Route 130, Crystal Lake Dam, Burlington County (NJ12-02) –Modify the FY TIP for New Jersey by adding a FY12 Design phase to the Route 130, Crystal Lake Dam project using $1,270,000 NHS funds. –The Design phase was not obligated in FY11 due to a higher than expected cost. The Design phase cost is much higher due to a new combined process in the NJ project delivery pipeline. –The purpose of the project is to bring the dam into conformance with NJ Dam Safety Standards.

d. Route 77, Swedesboro-Hardingville Road, Intersection Improvements, Gloucester County Add $350,000 Final Design and $100,000 ROW in FY12 using STP funds e. Route 130, Crystal Lake Dam, Burlington County Add $1,270,000 Final Design in FY12 using NHS funds
