Smoking poses health risks The World Heath Organisation estimates that tobacco currently accounts for more than four million deaths a year, making it one of the main preventable causes of deaths worldwide.

The bad news is that most smokers live in the developing world, where health care is less likely to be able to help them when they get ill. And more and more of these new smokers are young people
