My name is Chip Sollins and I am the President & CEO of Gardens Home Management Services (GHMS), a full-service home management and maintenance company serving more than 1,000 private homes in Palm Beach Gardens and Boca Raton, South Florida. Background Information Upon graduation from The University of Maryland in 1982, Chip founded American Pool Service Enterprises. As Founder, President, and CEO of American Pool Enterprises, Chip successfully built and led his company for over 20 years prior to relocating to Florida. In his most recent position, Chip served as the President & CEO of Boca Raton, Florida-based Prime Management Group, Inc., where he transformed the company for the 21st century by creating a service model and standard of professionalism for residential property management.

HomeWatch “Relax, We’ll take care of the rest…” Targeted to our seasonal residents, for complete peace-of-mind while you're away we highly recommend our HomeWatch Service which consists of weekly inspections of your home by our fully licensed, bonded, and insured HomeWatch Specialists. It is reassuring to many to know that someone will "keep an eye" on their home while they are away. Many people arrange to have someone perform weekly HomeWatch visits. This is an inexpensive "insurance policy". However, special care should be taken when choosing a service provider to be sure that the person or company has a reputable background, and has been adequately trained in home inspections of this nature. With our HomeWatch service, the homeowner contracts to have their house inspected in their absence to ensure that there are no signs of leaks, insect or pest problems, security system alerts, or other visible maintenance needs. A complete interior and exterior inspection of the home is conducted with close attention paid to proper operation of the mechanical systems including air conditioning, pool and spa equipment, and plumbing and electrical systems.

Making Your Business Efficient and Reliable As a fellow HomeWatch company, we can make your life easier. Our Blackberry application is a software on your blackberry phone to conduct HomeWatches. Instead of filling out a form on paper, the HomeWatch Blackberry application allows you to electronically fill out your form on your phone. With each visit, the application will label a date and time on the electronic document to show the homeowner that their home is being watched. As you go through the home, you can add any notification that the homeowner should be aware of. At the end of each visit, an electronic form is ed directly to the homeowner. At the end of each month, the application will tally up each visit you made so you can do your billing and have a permanent record for insurance purposes. These visits are stored and documented in the HomeWatch application database. If you ever needed to access a HomeWatch conducted, the database allows you to view the visit and any notification that was made.
