2. Create a new account if you don't already have one. 3. You will need to have the PIN and ESN for your device when creating the account. 4. You can find the PIN and ESN by selecting Options (or Settings on some devices) and clicking Status. 5. After you create your account you will need to select Accounts from the Services menu. 6. If you see any of these messages – “The site will not be able to configure your account” - - “The address or password is incorrect, or we need more details to set up this .
