Subject/Predicate Sort Locating the Subject and/or Predicate in a Sentence Primary Writing CCS LA 1.L.1c and 2.L.1f Use nouns with verbs in simple and compound sentences. Learning the parts of a sentence helps students in composing increasingly complex sentences of their own. Review the anchor charts with students before using this activity in stations.
