This is our school logo. You can see it on our school uniforms.

Our school has got a patron – it is Arka Bo ż ek ( ) who was a politician in Silesia. He did many good things for Poland and Silesia, for example he took part in Silesian Uprisings in and he wrote many texts in which he was against Germanisation in Silesia.

Henryk Mikołaj Górecki ( ) was a famous composer. He was born in Czernica, a village near our town Rydu ł towy. He worked as a teacher at our school for three years.
