What’s New The following slides describe the changes and system fixes that will be loaded to the production system on the 25 th January ‘Calogi Product Change’ Forwarder Screen Changes

Overview Dear Calogi Subscriber, Our latest programme load on the 25 th January includes system enhancement and changes which will simplify and improve the way in which you conduct your business. Please take time to go through the following presentation. The changes are as follows: 1.Freight Booking: We have enhanced the freight booking screen enabling you to view the updated status of your airline booking requests. A new button ‘Cancel Booking’ is also now available allowing you to send a booking cancellation to the airline. 2.Address Book: P.O.Box/Postal/Zip code fields have now been merged into one field. This data element is required on the address details for all shipments travelling to USA, Canada, UK and European countries. These countries will not accept electronic messages unless the Zip/postal code data meets customs requirements as failure to send a correct electronic message may result in fines.

Freight Booking Screen Prior to the programme load, this screen had minimal information displayed under the Booking Request Details panel after sending the freight booking request.

Freight Booking Screen Post programme load, the following changes have been introduced: 1.The booking request is updated under the panel ‘Booking /Itinerary Status’ 2.The ‘Itinerary’ panel displays the flight details, which includes the Origin/Destination, the ‘Flight number’ and the ‘Flight Date’ 3.The status of the booking is displayed in the ‘Latest Status’ field which will give a clear understanding of the position of the booking request. 4.Additional remarks can be captured and clearly indicated by you in the ‘Agent Remarks’ field, 5.A new option to ‘Cancel Booking’ has been introduced allowing you to make cancellations after a freight booking request is sent to the airline. 6.The history of the freight booking is clearly indicated, to help identify the sequence of requests being sent.

Combination of P.O.Box and Zip/Postal fields Prior to the programme load, you had to capture the P.O.Box and Zip/Postal codes separately in the Address book entry. Post programme load, P.O.Box, Postal and Zip code fields are now combined in the Address book entry (Refer page 2 for more details).

The changes are as follows: 1.Freight Booking: We have enhanced the freight booking screen enabling you the esteemed Airline user to view an updated status of a booking request (FFR) sent by the freight forwarder from Calogi and allowing you to confirm the booking request (FFA) through Calogi. 2.Applicable Minimum Weight: The Maintain Other charges screen has been improved allowing you to now define other carrier charges on an applicable minimum weight.

Applicable Minimum Weight - Maintain Other Charge Details screen Prior to the programme load, the other carrier charges could not be defined on a minimum weight value.

Applicable Minimum Weight - Maintain Other Charge Details screen Post programme load, a new field ‘Applicable Min. Weight’ has been introduced enabling you to have a more flexible definition of other carrier charges. (E.g. if you have captured Applicable Min. Weight as 50 kgs, other carrier charges would be applied only for those shipments that are 50kgs and above). Note: ‘Applicable Min. Weight’ will be defaulted to 0.
