Company History March 15th ProTrans LOGISTICS CORP. is formerly (Ephesians International Freight Forwarder), a registered International Freight Forwarding company in a single Proprietorship which caters Freight Forwarding, Brokerage and Trucking services which was solely owned by the company President Ms. Olive Blanco-Isleta. January 17 th 2007 Due to numerous Trucking Services rendered by Ephesians International Freight Forwarder, Pro Trans LOGISTICS CORP. (ProTrans means Professional Transporter) was being established and was officially registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission with SEC Registry No. CS as the Transport Department of the Company which was comprises by the members of the President’s family as the company Board of Directors and shareholders. February 18 th 2008Increase of Capitalization from PHP 1,062, to PHP 5,062, April 17 th 2008 Amendment of Primary Services from Trucking services to International Freight Forwarding and NVOCC, Cargo Consolidator and Break bulk Agent and thereafter Trucking Services as the Secondary Purpose of the Business to complete the requirement for both Freight Forwarding and Trucking Services under one company name.
