Installation Installation is fast and easy, simply click on setup and you are taken to the ‘Landed Cost Updater Installation’. Follow the prompts and you are done
Activation If you have ever activated a module in Sage Accpac, you can activate Landed Cost updater
Activation Cont’d Landed Cost Updater activates the same as every other Sage Accpac module, simply select it in the list and click activate
Activation Cont’d Once you click activate the activation box appears, simply click proceed
Welcome to Landed Cost Updater Once activation is complete the new Landed Cost Updater module will be on your Sage Accpac desktop
Setting up Landed Cost Updater In order to begin using Landed Cost Updater you will have to do the ‘Duty Setup’
Duty Setup Select your item and choose weather it is to be set up by volume, weight, Duty percentage, or a flat duty amount, then apply it to all of the price lists needed.
Using Landed Cost Updater Once the setup is complete then you can continue with the Cost Updater
Cost Updater Begin by entering the freight number, description, the date, freight vendor, duty vendor, distribution Type, enter the freight amount, enter any extra freight amount, enter the insurance rate, the delivery charge, and the Warf Charge, then enter the total weight and volume. Finally enter the PO Number,
Using Cost Updater From our detail line you are able to key in the quantity that you have received, you are also able to update the landed cost, taking into consideration all of the additional fees and costs that you have input into the area above. Then finally click ‘ADD’
