VERY SMART NARRATION This module has been developed to facilitate user for speedy entry process

 The Add on helps user to create database for commonly used narrations & recall them in respective vouchers for uniformity and speedy entry.  The add on reduces user’s tension to write Narration every time while passing any entry.  User can select the narration from the pop up list at voucher entry.  This Add on follows concept of pre-defined Prefix Text & Suffix Text. Features:-

GOT > Press F12 > Product & Features > Manage local TDLs > Enter name of TCP Setup Details:-

Click Voucher Types to Alter Required Voucher Gateway of Tally > Accounts Info > Voucher Types

Enter on Payment Voucher to alter… Set Yes to Enable Narration List Maximum no of Ledgers - Enter no of ledgers, User want to use while passing entry.

Select voucher types; write Prefix Narration Text & Suffix Narration Text. Enter any number in keyword column. This number will act as shortcut key, while doing any transaction. Gateway of Tally > Accounts Info > Narrations Template
