WHAT IS CEP? CEP is a process to provide all Lions with ways to strengthen their club, both in member involvement and community involvement CEP consists of two parts: – Member Survey – Community Assessment 34/21/2013

MEMBER SURVEY Essentially, is finding out, and acting upon, what members think about the club environment and club operations Survey is simple, direct, and tailorable 4 Survey should be conducted at the beginning of the Lion’s Year Survey should be given to new member after six-moths in the club 4/21/2013

MEMBER SURVEY 5 Survey Topics: Club Meetings Membership Club Activities Personal Satisfaction Can add specific questions - “how often should we have a program – once a month, every other month, other?” Always include a comment box so members may add anything they deem important relative to the topic 4/21/2013
