The Review The book is a mystery book. When you read it tells you it's a mystery. The front cover is appealing to the reader because it's full of action. The story is set in a small town called Lamonic Bibber. The main characters are Mr Gum,Billy William The Third,Polly,Alan Taylor,Friday O Leary and Old Granny.

Mr Gum and Billy William The Third find a secret hideout and Polly and Friday O Leary try to find them because they disappear that's the gist of the story. My favourite part of the story is when the big fight happens because its funny and it gets the story get going a little bit. I would recommend it to 9 and 10 year old boys because its dirty and cool.

I would rate it 4 out 5 stars I like that nothing happens on one page and on the next page everything happens. It is part of a series. It is better than any other book by Andy Stanton.
