You may want to research the company and add a statement about the company and your willingness to help achieve their business goals. This should be included with the application.  Dress well in professional attire. You may be talking to your future boss.  Your interview starts when you enter the building. Be nice to everyone. They may be asked about you.  Arrive at least 15 minutes early.  Bring a notebook or briefcase with copies of your resume, paper for note taking, and examples of work you have done.  A manufacturing company is set up to produce a product for a profit. The management must keep the team working with little waste. This waste could be time, materials, or defective parts.  The profit is gained by keeping the customer satisfied and wanting to purchase your products again and again.
