Need for mobilizing resource to undertake planning and implementation of joint cluster activities Inter cluster collaboration and coordination not adequate Lack of primary data (esp. for water and energy) Commitment of all stakeholders and partners could improve Mainstreaming of crosscutting issues (climate, gender, productive work, etc) not sufficient esp. in energy & transport Challenges
ICT is overall crosscutting & should be integrated in all clusters, hence collaboration mechanisms should be sought with other clusters High level & quality of experts participating leads very rich discussions and important outcomes Involving key partners & ownership of activities by the beneficiaries essential for implementation of activities The availability of framework of cooperation between institutions is important for resource mobilisation Lessons Learned
