Reach The sector engages with those in need….. Physical and mental illness Disability Carers BME Ex-offenders Long-term un-employed NEET Low skills and aspirations Substance dependencies Support access and augment existing delivery

Delivery The sector has a strong track record in the delivery of some of the solutions The sector as an agile innovator of new solutions Social inclusion and beyond

The Sector Counts As a significant employment sector….. 3.9% of all Norfolk workers are employed in the VCS sector (1) 2.4% Agriculture, forestry and fishing (2) Everything that concerns the growth and development of SME’s, employment, skills and the economy concerns the VCS sector. 1) The Sector Counts (2006) 2) 2011 census
