The City of Peace Mother Teresa had a dream for many years. The dream was to build "The City of Peace" where the sick people could live and receive care from the nuns. Her dream came true finally as the Lord answered her prayer and then the city was started to build. However, a government official came one day and he misunderstood that the city was illegally built because of the lack of documentation. He then further demanded for the damage of the "city". Sometimes, it is harder for us to smile at those who live with us, the immediate members of our families, than to smile at those who not so close to us. Let us never forget: love begins at home. (p. 75) as I always thought that they did not love me and care about me. But, I always smiled to my friends since I had the strong feeling that they loved me. However, I was still unhappy although I had so many friends. It was because I did not have my family’s love.

(p. 75) Therefore, I began to change. I began to smile at them. As a result, the relationship between my family and I was improved. I strongly feel that Mother Teresa’s ‘Love begins at home’ is very true and I am touched by this quote.
