Getting Started Checklist is very helpful—Project MORE Manual— pages 7 & 8 Adventures We Experienced in “Getting Started” “Lots” of copying and assembling—approximately 50 Hours per building (Levels C-T) Organizing Tutors and Collaborating with Miami University regarding scheduling Organization of Materials 5 books at each level with “packet” information in basket Approximately 675 sandwich size baggies Approximately 135 gallon size baggies Storage for baskets and materials Pocket folder for each child, colored pencils, game boards, timers, and fluency instruction sheets Available notepads and sticky post-it notes for communication from tutors

Survey Monkey Results from Tutors & Teachers Evaluation at the End of Each Semester Anonymous input was requested from both teachers who had students participating in Project MORE & the tutors who volunteered their time to provide one-on-one sessions with the students Survey can include 10 questions and still be FREE Valuable feedback and input
