EUREEURE Rules for promoting Renewable Energy  Remove unreasonable market barriers, simplify legislation.  Exploit all possible EU and National funding possibilities.  Promote and exchange examples of best practices all over the world, find the most suitable for your area – establish networks among organizations cities or regions.  Create pre-planning mechanisms and realize studies so as the suitable location for every kind of RES to be assigned.  Tax free or tax reduction supply of the systems and investment subsidies to the investors.

EUREEURE Rules for promoting Renewable Energy  Clear and fixed prizes for the producers and reassuring for the prize and selling of their production.  Cost distribution not only to consumers but to the society. Clean environment is a public good.  Establish the green certificate for energy producers and create standards for energy consumption devises.  Internalization of the real cost of energy production. Take into account health impacts, environmental degradation and their rehabilitation cost.
