Achieved results Identified and developed 6 innovative tools and mechanisms for strengthening of the social partnership, introduced within communication, negotiation, decision making process and practice at national, sectorial and enterprise level within the 3 new pilot branches Upgraded site of 2008/ project “Health, safety and environment in the work place” by creating 7 new topics: social dialogue; collective bargaining; decent jobs; corporate social responsibility; social security; incomes’ policy; labour court and mediation for collective disputes resolution

Raised awareness of the importance of cooperation on decent work of over 700 key actors in the social and tripartite dialogue and broader understanding within the society

Developed, presented & discussed Concept for Labour Court. Its establishment became part of a Communication of the national representative organizations of employers and employees to the 43 rd National Assembly and to the Council of Ministers of Bulgaria
