STEP 1 – CREATE ACCOUNT & LOG-IN (continued) 1.If you already have a Quia account, click “Log in” 2. If you do not have a Quia account, click “Create a new account” & complete information.

STEP 2 – ENTER BOOK KEY If a book key came packaged with your textbook or you purchased a book key separately, then… Enter your book key in field labeled “Enter book key”, & click “Go”. ( Book keys can only be used once, so do not enter the Key if you are not sure that you will stay in this course.)

BOOK KEYS ISSUES FOR SPANISH CLASSES ONLY SPN 113 AND 114 If you have bought a used textbook and/or you don’t have the QUIA book keys, you will need to purchase the QUIA standalone cardboard, which is ONLY sold at the CSI bookstore. YOU SHOULD NOT BUY THE QUIA CODE FROM THE QUIA WEBSITE BECAUSE IT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOUR CLASS AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO HOMEWORK! In addition, you will need to purchase the Supplementary Material booklet, which can be found used on Amazon or Half.com or at any other used textbook dealer. SPN 213 If you have bought a used textbook and/or you don’t have the QUIA book keys, you will need to purchase the QUIA book keys on the QUIA website for both Lab Manual and Workbook. (SEE FOLLOWING SLIDES FOR PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS). In addition, you will need to purchase the Supplementary Material booklet, which can be found used on Amazon or Half.com or at any other used textbook dealer. If you bought a brand new book at the CSI bookstore, you will need to contact Professor Zavala to get the correct book key. or at or ext Please do not throw away the QUIA cardboard that comes with the book, as you will need to bring it with you when you meet with Prof.

STEP 2 – ENTER BOOK KEY (continued) If a book key came packaged with your textbook or you purchased a book key separately, then… 4. You’ll be prompted to log-in, enter your Username & Password

STEP 2 – ENTER BOOK KEY (continued) If a book key came packaged with your textbook or you purchased a book key separately, then… 8. If there are multiple sections, select the section you are enrolled in, & click “Submit” You are now ready to use Quia!

STEP 2 – PURCHASE BOOK KEY If you do NOT have a book key, you may purchase one using a credit card… Go to Go to “Bookstore” & click “GO”

To Log-in (after you’ve registered): 1.Go to 2.Enter your Username & Password under “Quick Log In”, & click “GO”
