The following motion was passed at the Board of Director’s Meeting on September 29, 2012 Effective immediately, any lot improvement performed without securing the proper permit will result in the homeowner being assessed a non-refundable $250 fine. A non-refundable fine of $500 will be assessed for a second violation.

The ECC Manual & all Applications for Building Permits are now online. Visit the new Hideout website under Resident login, search "permits” Building Permits If you have applied for a Building Permit of any kind and the work is completed, please remember to sign the Permit and return to the Public Works Office located in the Administration Building. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

MONDAY – FRIDAY at the Maintenance Shop 11:30AM – 12:00PM (fees apply) SATURDAY morning by appointment only (570) (fees apply) No electronics accepted, i.e., computers, televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, etc.) Also not accepted is tires, paints, thinners, oils, etc. ****************************************** RECYCLING PROGRAM MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY 24/7 BULK RECYCLING

Easy Recycling Comes to the Hideout The Hideout is now using a single stream (co-mingle program) which means that you are no longer required to separate out the various types of glass, plastic, cardboard or paper. There is now only one co-mingled container for metal cans, plastic bottles & containers #1-5 & 7, paper, paper cardboard, dairy & juice containers, flattened cardboard & paperboard, and glass bottles and jars. We just ask that you be sure that all containers are emptied and rinsed before disposing. This new recycling program will reduce both the overall trash tonnage going into the landfill and cost to the association. Members can also purchase recycling containers for their home. The cost per container is $10.00 and is available at the POA Office. This new recycling program will not only be a convenience for you, our members, (open 24/7) but will also further encourage recycling efforts in the Hideout. (see chart on next slide)

Emergency Access Roads Lakeview and Woodpoint Court A dangerous condition arises on busy weekends from vehicles parking on the side of the road on Lakeview and Woodpoint Court. Vehicles parked on the side of the road in this location impede traffic and could possibly block access to the area by emergency vehicles. Due to this condition, the Board has passed a motion deeming Lakeview Court and Woodpoint Court “Emergency Access Roads.” No parking will be permitted on the side of the road in this area. The Public Safety Department will aggressively enforce this rule. Anyone who parks in this location will be subject to a $ fine and a $ fine for repeated offenses.

Donations can be made at the Hideout POA or the Recreational Sports Complex.

Hideout Dog Park REGISTRATION CONTINUES: Registration Forms may be picked up at the POA Office. PLEASE DO NOT WALK YOUR DOGS IN REFLECTION PARK. THIS IS A HIDEOUT AMENITY AND DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT ANY HIDEOUT AMENITY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DOG PARK.

PETS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER ANY FACILITY CONTROLLED OR OWNED BY THE ASSOCIATION. (EXCEPTION: SERVICE DOGS).

PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE FERAL CATS IN THE HIDEOUT. WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.

Please do NOT feed the Deer or other wild animals in the community. Feeding the deer does not help the deer or our quality of life here in our community. Board motion also prohibits the feeding of deer and a fine will be issued to anyone who violates this motion.
