Planners There is a page to write in all of their targets / levels from staff The RRR charter and the Home College Contract should be signed by the end of the first week Any detentions are written on the day they are due to be completed Record homework Stamps are recorded on a page per week in the planner

Golden Rules Behaviour – follow college expectations in every lesson Arrive on time – make sure they get to every lesson on time! Uniform – wear full college uniform at all times Equipment – make sure they have all the equipment you will need in a lesson Personal Best – work to the best of their ability throughout every lesson If a student breaks these rules they lose their stamp for the lesson and the number of the rule(s) they have broken will be written in the box in their planner for you as parents to see.

What students need to do…. Open their planner and place on their desk at the start of every lesson In PDL each week record their attendance and number of minutes late in the boxes in their planner

What will your teachers do? Stamp every planner when students have met the 5 golden rules in the lesson Enter stamp totals onto a spreadsheet each week Progress Managers will check spreadsheets each week and follow up on any students getting too few stamps in a week Progress Managers will issue rewards to students based on total stamps
