4.1 Training plan (1/2) Item`Description Purpose To create an aggregate distribution plan between classroom and on job training for both domain and non-domain skills. 4.1 Training plan (2/2) Item`Description Training Plan Should match with daily training hours as indicated in the application form Residential Courses Mandatorily to be held for 8 hours / day Boarding & Lodging charges will be paid for entire duration of stay (including holidays) Non - residential Courses Training hours is flexible provided it is indicated in the application form and duly approved by the Empowered Committee. To and fro charges and food will be paid at Rs. 100 for every 8 hours of training. 5
