Use of Informational Change Request CTS follows a Change Management Process to track and communicate changes that have impact to CTS services CTS communicates to customers about upcoming changes via the change planner, technical bulletins, etc. Agencies have planned changes that they want to communicate with CTS
Use of Informational Change Request RECOMMENDATION: Agencies can contact the CTS Service Desk via and provide the upcoming agency change. CTS will then open an Informational Change Request ticket. This will be owned by the agency that submitted the change. It will then be published on the CTS Change Calendar that provides visibility to both CTS internal teams and to external customers.
