WVHIN PURPOSE Purpose: Promote the design implementation, operation and maintenance of a fully interoperable network to facilitate public & private use of health care information How is the WVHIN achieving this purpose? Enabling the secure ELECTRONIC exchange of patient health information through: WVDirect Health Information Exchange (HIE) Why are we working to achieve this purpose?
