PHILIPPINES Action Points previous Minutes (1/2) seasonal livelihood planning exercise Improved Access: –FSAC will provide SCI updated plans for improved access responses based on the recent 4Ws matrix –Cash: Care needs to send to the cluster plans and updates. –All partners: targets and beneficiary selection criteria with the FSAC by 30 January –There is need for all stakeholders (including donors and Local Government Units) to encourage partners to report their activities to the cluster. –The ERL cluster should share the 4Ws matrix with the FSAC.
