Permissions to access the features in e-services are controlled in various ways depending on who you are, unit of assignment, assigned duty position, unit commander desires, and authorized processes employed. The question and answer section is for security purposes in case you forget your password.  How do I use the Password Look-Up Form?  Enter your username or CAPID and click on Password-Lookup. You will be prompted to enter an answer to the question you submitted. An will be sent you.  How do I renew my membership online?  If you are within your renewal period, click on Membership Renewal to renew online located on the homepage of eServices. Each unit commander has the responsibility to grant access to the various mission and business web pages through an appointed WSA (Web Security Administrator, this can be the commander or one or more designated, trusted unit members).
