Click to edit Master title style 1 st Exercise  Front-line: Teams follow procedures when supervisor is around  Front-line Supervisors: Hold 15 minute toolbox meetings every day as required, lessons learned/ action items are not recorded or tracked on a regular basis.  Managers: Visit the workforce once a quarter to observe the culture but rely heavy on the quality team to conduct regular audits. 2 nd Exercise  Front-line: Crews are given the opportunity to share lessons learned, opportunities for improvement, quality concerns during toolbox meetings and are not afraid to report concerns or non-conformances.  Front-line Supervisors: Supervisors are involved with quality of work; they encourage continuous improvement and idea sharing.  Managers: Managers regularly visit the workforce and provide “real- time” feedback around productivity, quality and safety culture. They promote quality at all levels of the organization. Table Exercises
