 Problem statement -cultural differences between organizations -project team members are typically part of different subcultures.  Research objectives - to measure - to understand - to determine  Research questions - how - when  Scope o the study - aiming to study on 120 project manager from 3 specific organization around Pahang.

 Communication - transmission of the information from a person or group to another person or group.  Interpersonal communication skil l - conversation of two person ( face-to-face ) to achieve some independent goal.  Conflict -Expressed struggle between two or more interdependent parties perceiving goals, scarce resources, and interference from other in achieving their goals.  Project team - An interdependent collection of individuals who work together towards a common goal and who share responsibility for specific outcomes of their organization.

 Research site - 3 organization ( construction ) - Pahang  Participant description - 12 Cross-functional ( ) participant  Focus of research - aim to determine the (+) & (-) relationship between interpersonal communication skill and conflict among team members.

 Data collection method - Questionnaires survey - Interview - Observation  Research procedure - Questionnaires survey - Interview - Observation  Data analysis - SPSS - NVivo
