What does skill mean? A Skill is a learned ability to bring about the result you want, with maximum certainty and efficiency. Could you give me an example?

Basic skills are simple things like running or jumping Most of them are mastered at an early age They tend to be transferable between many different activities. When learning a sport is important you’ve mastered the basic skills

Complex skills need a higher level of coordination and control Most of them are specific to one particular sport They take more practice to master... And have more scope for improvement
