Example Ozhet & Yerlan would like to fire Gulmira, and appoint themselves officers, and manage all money. Gulmira says that it is her money. They invested only KZT 600 altogether, and they cannot dispose her money. Can Ozhet & Yerlan fire Gulmira & spend all money?
