God loves you and me Because God loves us, He sent Jesus Christ to die for us Jesus suffered for sin in our place Through the blood that Jesus shed on the cross, God has forgiven us Jesus rose from the dead on the third day He as gone to Heaven to prepare a place for you and me

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed (1 Pet 2:24 NIV) In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; (Eph 1:7 KJV)

Jesus makes us clean When we accept Jesus as Lord and saviour, He cleanses us from sin He gives us a pure heart …the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. (1 John 1:7 NIV)
